Henry is currently a PhD candidate in the biomedical sciences program at UT Health San Antonio. He obtained his BS from Christopher Newport University in 2016 and his MSc from the University of Buffalo in 2018. In his first venture, Sonioptix LLC, Henry developed the business strategy for an innovative breast cancer screening technology which has now garnered $1.4 million in clinical R&D funding. In 2017, he became the Chief Communications Officer for POP Biotechnologies Inc., which he helped grow into a thriving nanomedicine venture with nearly $4 million in funding. While at the University of Buffalo, Henry served as the lead venture coach for the entrepreneurship office (Blackstone Launchpad), mentoring more than 60 early-stage and high-tech ventures developed by students and faculty. Finally, Henry is the co-founder of Enventr, an early-stage FinTech venture developing AI-powered investment products. Henry's long term goal is to become a leading researcher in the Biology of Aging field, developing novel longevity-promoting therapeutics which he spins-out into biotech startups. Henry is part of the Enventure leadership working on BioVentures 2021.
