This event will explore the topics of careers in the biotech/biomedical fields with the help of Reece Norris, JDThe "Inspire" Seminar Series was developed by Enventure to help students learn about the reality of working in the biotech and biomedical fields. The series consists of a number of events starring guest speakers coming from different areas in the biotech and biomedical industries.This particular event will star Mr. Reece Norris, JD, co-founder and chief operating officer of WeInfuse. Reece began his career in corporate law and eventually entered the provider-based infusion center market, where he went on to create a first-of-its-kind infusion delivery business model. At WeInfuse, he continues his passion for the infusible and injectable markets. Before co-founding WeInfuse, Reece served as president of Innovative Infusions, LLC, a multi-site infusion center company based in Texas, from 2008 to 2012. During his tenure, Innovative Infusions experienced exponential revenue growth after he led a company-wide restructuring and business model transition. Previously, Reece was a corporate attorney at Thompson & Knight LLP and clerked for US District Judge Ed Kinkeade. Reece co-founded and is currently serving on the board of the 5013(c)(3) nonprofit National Infusion Center Association (NICA).Participants attending this event will learn about Mr. Norris story and his experiences from graduate school to his current role. In addition, there will be a final Q&A where the audience will be able to ask direct questions to the speaker.
