This event will explore the topics of careers in the biotech/biomedical fields with the help of Rafael Veraza, PhD, MPHThe "Inspire" Seminar Series was developed by Enventure to help students learn about the reality of working in the biotech and biomedical fields. The series consists of a number of events starring guest speakers coming from different areas in the biotech and biomedical industries.This particular event will star Dr. Rafael J. Veraza as guest speaker. Dr. Veraza received an MPH at Emory University and a PhD in Translational Science at UT Health San Antonio. After graduating, he also completed a Postdoc at UT Health while working as a Senior Scientist at Vascular Perfusion Solutions, Inc. where he currently serves as the Director of Translational Science.Participants attending this event will learn about Dr. Veraza's story and his experiences from graduate school to his current role. In addition, there will be a final Q&A where the audience will be able to ask direct questions to the speaker.
